How Many Cards Can I Request?

We can facilitate a large number of cards, and each organization’s needs are unique. Some organizations need 100 cards quarterly, others need 15,000. Please don’t hesitate to ask for the amount that would truly make a difference for your organization. We will do our best to make that happen for you.

What Can I Use the Cards for?

You are welcome to use the cards received in any way that helps your organization to continue supporting our mission of helping those in need through handmade creativity. Our only requirement is that cards go directly to people and are not sold, auctioned, or raffled.

Do You Have an Enduring Partnership Agreement?

At this time, we do not require an enduring partnership agreement, however, we are more than willing to review and sign an agreement that your organization requires for enduring in-kind donations.

Do You Offer One-Time Card Donations?

Though we prefer enduring partnerships, we can provide one-time donations.

How Often Do You Send Cards?

Most of our enduring partners receive cards on a quarterly basis. Some opt into annual shipments.

Do I Have to Keep Track of When Card Donation Shipments Are?

Nope! We will keep track of your quarterly shipments and send them to you.

Can I Skip a Scheduled Shipment?

Absolutely. Just email Creative Kindness Coordinator, Carolina Anderson, and she will make sure this happens.

Can We Choose Which Card Themes We Need?

Yes. We offer cards in a variety of themes. Visit this page to see which themes we offer. You may change the requested themes at any time.

Do Your Cards Have a Value that We Can List for Accounting Purposes?

Absolutely. Please reach out to Creative Kindness® Coordinator Carolina Anderson, and she can provide you with the appropriate numbers for your in-kind value documentation.

We Require a Form for Each In-Kind Donation We Receive. Can You Accommodate?

Yes, we can fill out needed in-kind donation forms.

Do You Require a Receipt of In-Kind Goods Donation?

At this time, we do not require a receipt.

Do You Have Media Images You Can Share With Us, That We Can Share?

We do! Please use the Contact Us form to inquire about logos and media kits. You’re more than welcome to link to Creative Kindness and any of our programs on your website or blog.

Can I claim any expenses that I incurred while volunteering to make Cards for Kindness®?

Creative Kindness Foundation is an Arizona nonprofit corporation (EIN:88-35822253). Any cash donation or volunteer expenses incurred since June 2022 may qualify as a charitable contribution, which may be eligible for a tax deduction depending on your individual situation. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your personal situation.
